RECS R-1815 is a call receiver that works in the RECS waiter / personnel call system. The device is designed to receive and display calls made from wireless call buttons and kitchen transmitters.

RECS R-1815 call receiver supports up to 999 wireless transmitters. If necessary, the number of connected transmitters can be increased to 99999.

The calls display on the screen depends on the preset mode and on the number of calling devices working with the receiver.

So, there are several modes:

15 calls in the form of a 2-digit number
9 calls in the form of a 3-digit number
3 calls, consisting of a 2-digit number and a call destination in English.

When working with the number of buttons from 1000 to 99999, it is possible to display six six-digit or five-digit numbers on the screen.

The range of the receiver in open space reaches 1500 feet (about 500 meters). The receiver supports up to 10 remote control devices.

The unique feature of R-1815 is the ability to simultaneously display up to 15 calls. This is convenient for monitoring and coordinating customer service with a large number of seats in the establishment and a large staff of waiters. It is also possible to connect this device to a computer via USB. This can be used to monitor staff performance, like customer service speed.
